Our 30-Day Candle Warranty
At California Handcrafted, we stand behind every candle we pour. If something’s not right with your candle, we’ll do our best to make it right. That’s our promise to you.
What We Cover
Our 30-Day Candle Warranty includes:
- Damage in Transit: If your candle arrives broken or visibly damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
- Burn Issues: Tunneling, uneven burning, excessive soot, or other performance problems? Let us know and we’ll take care of it.
- Scent Concerns: If the fragrance doesn’t match the description or just isn’t what you expected, we’ll help you find a better fit.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at info@californiahandcrafted.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos of the candle (if damaged or showing burn issues)
Once we review your claim, we’ll get back to you quickly with next steps. In most cases, we’ll send a replacement candle or offer store credit.
